People connect with real brands
People don't connect with perfect brands. They connect with real ones.
For many years, I believed that the strongest brands were the most perfect ones.
Perfect campaigns.
Perfect visuals.
Perfectly written copy.
Perfect strategies.
But today, the situation is different.
The strongest brands are no longer the most perfect ones. They are human. They evoke emotions and become part of our everyday story. And that is exactly why we remember them.
We live in a world overwhelmed with content. Every single day, we see hundreds of ads, videos, reels, newsletters and posts. Everything is beautifully curated. And perhaps a little too perfect.
Yet most brands feel interchangeable, and only a few feel truly authentic.
Today, many brands look and sound alike.
Similar communication style.
Similar campaigns.
Similar visuals.
Similar tone of voice.
Not because they are bad. But because we often don't feel anything from them. Sometimes they even feel too "sterile". And in my opinion, that is one of the biggest problems in modern marketing.
People no longer buy just a product. They buy a feeling, trust, energy, values and emotion — something that is often missing in today's perfect world.
They buy how a brand makes them feel.
People want to see who is behind the brand. They want to feel the energy of a real person, not just a perfectly prepared advertisement.
They are searching for something real. Something authentic. Something that is not "just advertising".
I strongly believe that the future will belong to brands that are able to create genuine relationships.
Because in a world full of content, AI and automation, humanity and authenticity are becoming the greatest competitive advantage.
